Duty Of Care

Introduction

This training will help ensure that all carers for patients or service users understand the importance of the Duty of Care Act and are competent to handle inquiries and processes.

• This required care course is offered virtually via e-learning. Students enrolled in the Duty of Care course will have immediate access to our interactive LMS, which provides round-the-clock access to the curriculum.

Assesment

Mandatory Care Courses: After finishing the course content, participants complete the Duty of Care online exam. An test consisting of multiple choice answers must be completed with a passing grade of 80%. As the answers are automatically graded, you can see if you passed or not. Do not worry if you fail! The exam may be taken up to twenty (20) times. If, however, you use all twenty (20) tries, you will have to repurchase the identical course.

Course Duration

• The online care course needs a minimum of one hour to complete. This can be a guide to the educational hours needed, and it depends on how quickly an individual can understand the course. The training is online. It may be displayed over multiple sessions or done in one session.

• Learners will have access to the present course for up to nine months from the date of joining. There's no pressure to finish the course in a short time.
