A group of workers can take a course on person-centred care planning to grasp better the notion of person-centeredness and the consequences of using the plan appropriately.

What you will learn?

• The fundamental concepts of personalised care by looking at the service user's rights, as well as the guiding principles and ideals.
• The process of creating care plans and applying different methods for creating care plans.
• Evaluation of risks.
• This required care course is offered virtually via e-learning. Students enrolled in our person-centred care planning course will have immediate access to our interactive LMS, which provides round-the-clock access to the curriculum.

Assesment

Required Care Courses: After completing the training materials, participants must complete an online exam focused on person-centred care planning. A test consisting of multiple-choice answers must be completed with a passing grade of 80%. As the answers are automatically graded, you can see if you passed or not. Do not worry if you fail! The exam may be taken up to twenty (20) times. If, however, you use all twenty (20) tries, you will have to repurchase the identical course.

Course Duration

• The online care course needs a minimum of one hour to complete. This can be a guide to the educational hours needed, and it depends on how quickly an individual can understand the course. The training is online. It may be displayed over multiple sessions or done in one session.

• Learners will have access to the present course for up to nine months from the date of joining. There's no pressure to finish the course in a short time.

Certificate

You will receive a recognised certificate in PDF format as soon as your evaluation is finished, and it will be instantly available. Hard copies of the certificate are offered at a higher cost. For your future reference, all proof of completion and certification will be kept on file in our system.
