Introduction

You will learn about the principles of shielding and how to establish procedures and guidelines for shielding in this course on protecting adults. Additionally, you will learn how to lessen the likelihood of abuse, what to do if you suspect abuse, and how you may help safeguard others both domestically and abroad.

Aims

• The knowledge material of the Care certifications is covered in the course, although taking this course alone will not be the primary means of completing the certificates.
• The Care certificate includes about 50 regions of administrative centre evaluation in addition to the knowledge content. To make sure you have the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to do your job, your employer is required to give you an induction.

Objectives

Assesment

Care Certificate - Standard 10: Protection of Children After completing the training materials, adults are required to complete an online exam. An test consisting of multiple choice answers must be completed with a passing grade of 80%. As the answers are automatically graded, you can see if you passed or not. Do not worry if you fail! The exam may be taken up to twenty (20) times. If, however, you use all twenty (20) tries, you will have to repurchase the identical course.

Course Duration

• The online care course needs a minimum of one hour to complete. This can be a guide to the educational hours needed, and it depends on how quickly an individual can understand the course. The training is online. It may be displayed over multiple sessions or done in one session.
