Standard 4 Equality And Diversity
Introduction

This module is ready for Equality and Diversity. You must demonstrate that you are capable of working within the Equality Act's legal obligations in order to pass this unit. Promoting inclusiveness, equality, and non-discriminatory behaviour are a few examples of this.

Aims

  • The knowledge material of the Care certifications is covered in the course, although taking this course alone will not be the primary means of completing the certificates.
  • The Care certificate includes about 50 regions of administrative centre evaluation in addition to the knowledge content. An induction must be given by your employer to make sure you have the skills, knowledge, and information required for the position.

Objectives

  • The Care certifications, which outline the essential skills required to be competent in health and social care, can be utilised as part of your introduction.
  • Before assuming any job where you may operate without direct supervision, you should complete and assess each standard. This may be done gradually and should happen right at the beginning of your job.
  • If you fulfil all the requirements, you may be permitted to carry out the tasks covered by that standard without direct supervision, albeit you will still require supervision in other areas.

This Care certificate is provided via e-learning on the internet. Students enrolled in the Care Certificate - Standard 4: Equality and Diversity course will have immediate access to our interactive LMS, which provides round-the-clock access to the curriculum.

Assesment

Standard 4 of the Care Certificate: Diversity and Equality Once the training material has been completed, an online evaluation is given. A test consisting of multiple-choice answers must be completed with a passing grade of 80%. As the answers are automatically graded, you can see if you passed or not. Do not worry if you fail! The exam may be taken up to twenty (20) times. After you've utilised all twenty (20) tries, you must buy the same course again.

Course Duration

• The online care course needs a minimum of one hour to complete. This can be a guide to the educational hours needed, and it depends on how quickly an individual can understand the course. The training is online. It may be displayed over multiple sessions or done in one session.

• Learners will have access to the present course for up to nine months from the date of joining. There's no pressure to finish the course in a short time.
