Wellness Recovery Action Plan - WRAP
Introduction

A wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) training is an empirically supported self-management strategy that enables individuals to prepare for and maintain optimal mental and emotional health. WRAP training is a versatile technique that helps individuals take charge of their stress, anxiety, and depression management. WRAP also assists those with medical illnesses such as diabetes and substance abuse issues.

Assesment

Upon finishing the WRAP training materials, participants in the Recovery Care Courses - Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) training will undertake an online evaluation. This evaluation comprises a multiple-choice test that requires a passing grade of 80%. Since the answers are automatically graded, you will promptly know your result. If you do not pass initially, there's no need to worry! You have the opportunity to retake the exam up to twenty (20) times. However, once all twenty (20) attempts are exhausted, repurchasing the same course will be necessary.


Course Duration

• The online care course needs a minimum of one hour to complete. This can be a guide to the educational hours needed, and it depends on how quickly an individual can understand the course. The training is online. It may be displayed over multiple sessions or done in one session.

• Learners will have access to the present course for up to nine months from the date of joining. There's no pressure to finish the course in a short time.
